This video captures highlights from Loren's Sweet 16! You'll also see the setup that I chose for this event and why it matters to me.

You'll see my white facade behind my booth, I used a wireless sound system for my RCF EVOX 8, and I used my Ape Labs Maxi around the venue.

On June 29, 2019, I DJed Loren's Sweet 16 at the Monrovia Historical Museum! This was a fun Hawaiian themed event. I hosted some games and got the dance floor going later to get everyone from all age groups to have an amazing time. At the end of the video, I display the 5-star review I received from the mom. Thank you so much for having me!

About my DJ Setup -
I used a white facade behind me because I wanted to hide the view from behind. The pathway and entrance for people were behind me and I don't want them to see all my gear and cables the first thing when they walked in. Also, I put my Ape Labs Maxi uplights behind me shining upon the facade to create a cool, colored DJ background at night 1. Novopro Facade: https://amzn.to/2Cyvh7d -

For speaker placement, I spread my RCF EVOX 8 speakers apart because of the wide venue space and wanted a symmetrical setup look. The challenge was to run XLR cables across without anyone stepping on them. If I laid out XLR cables daisy-chaining my speakers, I can lay down tape but it would be a lot of tape to cover the long distance. Instead, I used my Shure QLXD Bodypack Transmitter to transmit my sound wirelessly to my other Shure QLXD Receiver to connect directly to my far RCF EVOX 8 speaker. Perfect solution!

I also used my RCF 708ASII 18" Subwoofer to add more bass. 2. RCF EVOX 8: http://amzn.to/2kpDd2p 3. RCF 708ASII 18” Subwoofer: https://amzn.to/2lKJatX 4.
