On February 17, 2018, I DJed a destination wedding up in Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa for Katherine & Tyler. That evening I was in charge of the ceremony, cocktail, and reception.
The ceremony was at a beautiful spot with the sight of Lake Arrowhead in the background. I provided sound, music, and microphones for the officiant and the couple. The wedding ceremony was a success, and shortly after, everyone joined the cocktail hour at the resort's lobby. I also provided music as guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers.
Then it was time to welcome the guests into the room for the reception. The room was beautifully arranged and decorated. To lighten up the area, I set up my uplights around the walls of the room and had my DJ setup at the back of the room. The couple had their grand entrance, dinner, toasts, first dance, anniversary dance, bouquet toss, garter removal/toss, cake cutting, father & daughter dance, group photo, and dancing!
It was an intimate wedding with their close family and friends, and we were so good on time that we had almost 3 hours of dancing! I played music that was fun for all age groups that I got the young and old up on their feet. This was such a fun wedding and I'm glad that Katherine and Tyler had an amazing time.
