BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA -- I was asked to curate the playlist for Blake Griffin's Charity Event in Beverly Hills, CA that was to be held on September 15, 2017. I created a playlist that that was to be played at the Ermenegildo Zegna boutique store off at Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, CA. The client wanted music that will create a fun atmosphere while sticking to their brand standards. The client approved my music and on September 15th, I stopped by at the store to hear my music playlist play. Upon entering and checking in with the staff at this invitation-only event, I continued to the area where the charity event was held. I immediately recognized my music playlist being played through the store's speakers as I walked through. So far so good! When stepping into the event floor room, there were hors d'oeuvres and wine passed around which I happily grabbed some. Things were great! Then, I noticed a tall man among the guests in the room and it was none other than the man himself, Blake Griffin! To keep this story short, I was able to grab a picture with him after introducing myself. I'm happy to have helped out at the charity event by providing a fun playlist for people to enjoy. My client was happy with the music and the outcome of the event and looks forward to working with me again. Thank you for the opportunity!
