Sherwood Country Club Wedding!

This video captures some fun highlights from Lily & Ryan's wedding at the Sherwood Country Club!

On May 18, 2018, I DJed and hosted a beautiful wedding for Lily & Ryan. It was my first time working at the Sherwood Country Club. The venue had an elegant, spring-time feel to it. 

That evening I was in charge of the ceremony, cocktail, and reception.
The ceremony took place outdoors and had a great view of the greenery and hills behind it. The cocktail hour happened on the patio next to it. For the reception, we invited the party inside the country club.

The couple just wanted fun, upbeat music throughout the night. They loved to dance and I brought the energy to them and their guests. I began the night with some Motown, funk, and disco. Then, later in the evening, I played music that is more catered to them and their friends. I played some throwbacks, pop, Top 40, and some 2000s. This video captures some great examples of the kind of music I played that evening.

Overall, Lily & Ryan had a fantastic time with their guests. They enjoyed the music and rarely left the dance floor! I had a great time DJing for them and DJing at the venue. Congrats to our newlyweds!

How a Fun Wedding Looks Like! DJ Entertainment!

On September 2, 2017, I was the DJ and MC for Jaime & Bradley's wedding at The Grand in Long Beach, CA. It was a fun wedding of about 250 guests. I provided sound and microphone for their ceremony, music for their cocktail, and DJ/MC entertainment for their reception. It was a very fun and upbeat wedding mostly because of their music selections that they've chosen for their wedding. They even had a special performance from their cousins. Overall, the dance floor was packed! And everybody danced the whole night. I'm glad I was able to capture some highlights of people dancing and some of my song mix transitions. This is the kind of weddings I enjoy performing. Thank you, Jaime and Bradley, for having me as your DJ!

Wedding of Erica & John

On May 13, 2017, I DJed the wedding of Erica and John at the Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden at CSULB. It was a gorgeous outdoor wedding that I can definitely recommend to any couple who are looking for a garden setting.

That evening, I was in charge of their wedding reception. Music was very important to the couple and what made this wedding interesting was that the couple didn't want any of the traditional music that are played at weddings. That equated to a more vibey, upbeat and club-like wedding. And wow, what a party! The whole reception was just perfect and people had an amazing time on the dance floor.

Wedding of Julia & Ryan

On April 9, 2017, I DJed a very fun and intimate wedding for Julia & Ryan at the Saddle Peak Lodge in Calabasas, CA. The venue is a true romantic gem tucked in the Calabasas Hills and is definitely a place one should visit. 

That night I was in charge of their ceremony and reception. We had the ceremony and reception dinner outside and the dancing inside. To create the vibe, I played some 1920s speakeasy music early in the night, then some Italian Standards during dinner. For dancing, it was a mixture of motown, funk, disco, pop, hip hop, and throwbacks.

Wedding of Joey & Rachael

On January 29, 2017, I DJed at the Westin Bonaventure Brewery for the wedding of Joey & Rachael. Their wedding was beautifully located on a rooftop in the middle of Downtown Los Angeles. That night I was in charge of their ceremony and reception. The groom also had a fun idea to have the wedding rick-rolled! The groom, officiant, and I coordinated the act and it was a success! The reception was also a great time as I mixed a variety of fun music that people danced ranging from 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, Hip Hop, Latin, and EDM. It was a great, fun and intimate wedding. On October 8, 2016, I DJed the wedding of Shawna & Kevin at Rancho Sol Del Pacifico in Malibu, California. It was a beautiful wedding as it took place at the top of one of the hills overlooking Malibu and the beach. I worked with an amazing team of vendors such as Vanessa from NessaEvents and Pierre from Pierre's Catering. The energy and vibe from the crowd were phenomenal as they came in with an attitude to celebrate Shawna & Kevin's marriage. Wedding of Megan & Sean

On October 1, 2016, I DJed a fun wedding at the Agoura Hills Event Center for Megan & Sean! That day, I worked with an amazing wedding planner, Heather, owner of Delmar Events. Her and her team were such a great help that made the night flow smoothly. The photographers were also great as they brought their own light to capture the perfect picture every time. Wedding of Brian & Eurri

On September 2, 2016, I had a blast DJing Brian and Eurri's wedding at the Vertigo Event Venue in Glendale, CA! We originally met at Downtown LA's Art Walk last year when I DJed an event there. They enjoyed my music, decided to book me, and a year later, we made their wedding into a reality! The wedding reception was full of fun as we turned the wedding into a full-on dance party! With the venue's built-in lighting effects and my sound system, we transformed the room into a club. Wedding of Nick & Perveen

On August 27, 2016, I DJed the wedding of Nick & Perveen at Chase Palm Park in Santa Barbara, California. The wedding was beautifully setup outdoors and was a great spot to host the reception. It was a fun-filled event as we had a balloon release, a surprise song performance by the groom, and dancing! The couple were from the bay so I threw in some hyphy dance hits into the set that I knew would make the crowd go crazy! Everybody had a great time and I received many compliments that night. Wedding of Sayaka & Kenji

On August 21, 2016, I DJed the wedding of Sayaka & Kenji at one of my favorite wedding venues in Santa Monica, Shutters On The Beach. They had a beautiful wedding ceremony overlooking the beach and ocean. I was in charge of their wedding reception that night and I must say, the setup inside the room was stunning. Everything inside looked elegant and done with class. Kudos to Modern LA Weddings and TMMPRO who did a fantastic job putting it all together! During the reception, we also had a special guest singer, Che'nelle, who performed one of her songs as a special dedication to the newlyweds. The party was fun, upbeat, and we partied till 12am! Wedding of Grace & Mac

On August 6, 2016, I DJed a beautiful wedding at Walnut Grove in Moorpark, CA for Grace and Mac! We've known each other for over 10 years and it was such a great experience to DJ for them on their special day. That day, I was in charge of providing sound as well as being the DJ/MC for the wedding ceremony, cocktail, and reception. It was such a fun, outdoor wedding as everyone participated in some games, took some silly photos at the photo booth, and danced the entire night! Rancho Palos Verdes & Hollywood

I haven't made a VLOG in a while!

This past Saturday, September 17, 2016, I helped out my DJ friend, DJ Jkino, by providing sound for a wedding ceremony out in Rancho Palos Verdes at the South Coast Botanic Garden. It was a beautiful wedding and the couple and guests were a bunch of fun. I couldn't stay around that long as I had another gig later that night in Hollywood. Every Sunday and Tuesday, and sometimes other days in the week, I have a DJ residency at Royal Hollywood from 10pm-2am. This past Saturday was one of the few Saturdays that I actually don't have a wedding to do, so I was invited out to spin! I'm glad I got my camera out and recorded some of the fun moments from the crowd. At the end of the video, I've received some kind compliments.
